To achieve physical and mental wellbeing, it's all about balance. On the one hand, we explore aromas and tastes, and on the other hand, through yoga and exercise, we increase our mobility. 


Concretely, what's a yoga & wine retreat? 

4 nights at Les Vignes Reines, all inclusive
Three full days and  two half days of self discovery and opening of all senses!

1. Two daily wine-tasting workshops. A first one in the morning, without any alcohol, during which we focus on the discovery of aromas, textures and tastes. A second one in the late afternoon, during which we explore our 6 senses and unveil the mysteries of our local wines... 

A guided walk through the neighboring vineyards to discover our surroundings and learn about how vines and grapes grow. 

3. A visit to a local independent wine-maker. A privileged moment of sharing and wine-tasting. 

4. Two daily Vinyasa yoga workshops. This fluid & sporty yoga practice is based on movement and transitions between poses, allowing for increased flexibility and strength. It can easily be adapted to your level and physical shape. 
5. An introduction to Yoga Nidra, a form of meditation and relaxation.  

6. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be prepared for you every day.  We cook vegetarian meals with local, seasonal and organic ingredients, spiced with tastes from the world.

7. During your free time, you will have access to our pool, sauna and garden. There are also beautiful walks or runs to do around our Bed and Breakfast. 

8. Are you traveling alone? Choose to share a room with another guest (one bathroom/wc per room). Two travelling together? Then we can offer you a double room
